The southbound lane of Mercer Road will be closed between East Wooster Street and Clough Street, in Bowling Green, today (Nov. 30) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., for an emergency water main repair. The timing of this closure is subject to change and is dependent on weather and the progress of work.
