Eric J Garber

Eric J. Garber, 50, of Perrysburg, Ohio, formerly of Bowling Green, passed away Saturday April 16, 2022. He was born on December 13, 1971 to Karl and Opal (Harris) Garber in Bowling Green, Ohio and they preceded him in death. Eric married Laurel (Radke) on August 14, 1993 and she survives.

Eric was a graduate of the 1990 class at Otsego High School and also attended the culinary program at Penta Career Center. He loved cooking and watching the Food Network, as well as gardening and traveling. He was a member of Dayspring Church and participated in Celebrate Recovery. One of his favorite hobbies he most enjoyed was fishing and he frequently enjoyed going to concerts and amusement parks with his family.

Along with his wife, Laurel, he is survived by his son Joshua Garber of Perrysburg, Ohio and daughters Bethany (Jace) Boda of Concord, Virginia and Rebecca (Evan) Bellas of Ypsilanti, Michigan. His brothers Craig (Sandy) Garber of Weston, Ohio and K. Andy (Pam) Garber of Waterville, Ohio and brother-in-law Scott Snyder of Temperance, Michigan also survive. Eric is also survived by one soon-to-be granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his sister, Vicki Snyder.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday April 21, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. at Dayspring Church, located at 17360 N. Dixie Hwy in Bowling Green, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at Noon. Pastor Steve will officiate. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made out in Eric’s honor to Rebecca Garber to assist with funeral expenses.
