The Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Division will close Frazee Avenue from Thurstin Street to North Enterprise Street today, Jan. 27, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The closure is required to make necessary repairs following a sewer line failure. During the closure, no through traffic will be allowed.
