Wood County Continuum of Care will hold the Project Connect fundraising kick-off event on Thursday, June 20, from 4 to 9 p.m., at Sunset Bistro located at 1220 W. Wooster St. in Bowling Green.
Prudy Brott, owner of Sunset Bistro, has graciously provided the space and 15 percent of all food sales will be donated to Project Connect Wood County. A silent auction of themed gift baskets will also be available during the event.
Project Connect is an annual program of Wood County Continuum of Care. The program is a one-day event held on Oct. 16, that provides a broad range of services to families and individuals at risk of experiencing homelessness or poverty.
The money raised will support the many services provided free of charge on the day of Project Connect.
