Gerald Duty, 87, of Bowling Green passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center.
Gerald was born in Luckey, Ohio on August 12, 1932 to the late Bino and Mary (Carpenter) Duty. Gerald married Joyce Harmeyer on January 31, 1953 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Haskins and she preceded him in death on November 19, 2015
Gerald is survived by his two sons: Kevin Duty of Wayne and Randall Duty of Bowling Green; a daughter-in-law Doris Duty of Denver, Colorado; 7 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his two sons: Steven and Gregory Duty; siblings: Laurel Duty and Evelyn Trapp.
Gerald was a member of the Pipefitters Local 50. He loved to travel and go boating. He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church and Peace Lutheran Church.
Services for Gerald will be private for his family with burial in Wood County Memory Gardens.
