A Christmas Open House in downtown Grand Rapids will kick off the holiday season on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 18 and 19.
Visitors are invited to stroll Front Street and take in the sights of over 25 locally owned shops and restaurants dressed in their Christmas best, while enjoying live music and entertainment, Father Christmas and much more.
Entertainment during the weekend will include horse drawn carriage rides, live reindeer, gingerbread house decorating, roasting s’mores, ice creations, and strolling entertainment.
The open house hours will be Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
