Harold “Skip” Richmond, 91, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on September 13, 2018. He was born to the late Harold and Florence Richmond in Chesterland, Ohio. He is survived by his daughters, Pam (Gregory) Jonas and Claudia Richmond, his Brother, Donald (Joan) Richmond, and nephew, Marc Richmond. He is preceded in death by his wife, Cleo Richmond. Skip served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where he majored in business and was an active member of his fraternity. He owned and operated Electrical Contracting & Supply Company in Bowling Green, Ohio for many years. Skip was a member of the Elks lodge and the Sports Car Club of America. Skip was more than just a fan of Indy car racing; He volunteered to serve as the assistant director of safety for the Championship Auto Racing team for many years. A gathering of friends will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 12 NOON to 2 PM at the Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home Remembrance Banquet Hall, 1460 W. Wooster St., Bowling Green, OH 43402.
