Helen B. Culp, 95, of Bowling Green, passed away on January 12, 2017 at the Grand Rapids Care Center. She was born on August 18, 1921 in Bowling Green to Lincoln L. and Dorothy (Ferguson) Osborn. She married Charles R. Culp on June 5, 1948 and he preceded her in death on January 27, 2009. Helen was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bowling Green and past member of the former Homemaker’s Club in Portage. Surviving are her son, Chuck (Sue) Culp of Holland, Ohio; daughter, Sandra DeWitte of Bowling Green; two sisters, Lillian Donley of Bowling Green and Mary Wittenmyer of Rudolph. Also left to mourn her passing are five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. One son, Ozzie preceded her in death. Funeral services for Helen will be on Monday, January 16, 2017 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 749 S. Wintergarden Rd. Pastor Tom Mullins will officiate. Interment will follow at Wood County Memory Gardens. Family and friends are invited to visitation on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Dunn Funeral Home located in Bowling Green’s Historical District at 408 W. Wooster St. A bereavement luncheon will be held at the church following the committal service.
