As of 9 p.m., the Wood County Sheriff’s Office reported that the inmate who failed to return to the county jail on June 5 after a furlough has been found and is back in the jail.
Ryan Jay Deshetler, 28, Toledo, did not return to the jail following a furlough granted by the Wood County Common Pleas Court. He was wanted on a contempt of court warrant from the issuing court.
Deshetler was being held on a probation violation from a conviction for possession of cocaine.
This is the second inmate who did not return to Wood County Jail last Friday. In that case, Toledo Police Department apprehended Jeremy Michael Sims on Saturday in Toledo.
