James C. J. Myers, age 33, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 17, 2022 in Kings Mountain, NC. James was born July 6, 1989 to James L. and Tina (Dominguez) Myers, in Bowling Green, OH. He attended Eastwood High School later achieving his GED.
James worked in various positions, most notably in construction. He enjoyed the outdoors especially camping. Other joys included video gaming, golfing, playing pool and socializing with others. He was a young man of faith, trying to see God in others.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Alizabeth Aldrich. Mother, Tina (Douglas) DeVore, and father, James L. (Amy) Myers. Sisters: Jennifer (Jeremiah) Steinke, Stephannie (Eric) Steinke, Olivia Myers, and Amanda Grover. Brothers: Jon (Sandy) Steinke, Benjamin Wilhelm and Steve Whitaker. Maternal grandfather, Robert (Mary) Dominguez, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Pauline Adkins, paternal grandparents: Charles and Fran Dunning. Aunt, Susan Myers and cousin, Shannon Kramp.
Family and friends will be received 1-3p.m., with a funeral service at 3p.m., Monday, November 28, 2022 at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 110 West Main Street, Luckey, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials take the form of contributions to: The family c/o Adriana Aldrich (to benefit his daughter Alizabeth).
