Jeffrey A. Betts, 47, of Pemberville, Ohio and formerly of Bowling Green, passed away Tuesday June 19, 2018. He was born August 19, 1970 in Maumee, Ohio to Stephen L. and Zelma A. (Spaulding) Betts.
Jeff was an avid stamp and coin collector. He enjoyed playing pool and card games with his friends and family. He enjoyed traveling and had recently ventured out west where he got to see California and the Grand Canyon.
He is survived by his parents Stephen Betts of Toledo, Ohio and Zelma Betts of Napoleon, Ohio, sons Todd Betts of Michigan and Jeffrey Betts of Bowling Green, siblings Kim Betts of Holgate, Ohio, Steve (Sharon) Betts of Bloomdale, Ohio, Doreen (Rick) Cole of Waterville, Ohio and Daniel Betts of Napoleon, Ohio, girlfriend Lisa Parsons of Pemberville, Ohio and nieces and nephews Nikki Cole, William Cole, Chase Betts, Douglas Hentges, Sara Eiden, Alex Betts and Matthew Betts.
Jeff’s funeral service will be held Sunday June 24, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 West Wooster St. Rev. Ernie Unholz will officiate. Visitation will be held prior to the service on Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to assist with expenses.
