Jeffrey “Jeff” Roberts, 64, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on December 21, 2022.
Jeff was born on March 9, 1958 to the late James and June (Sherman) Roberts. He married Betty (Limes) Roberts and they were together until she passed away in 2014.
Jeff is survived by his daughters: Leann (Michael) Lawson of Grand Rapids, Ohio; Kelsey Roberts (Justin Frank) of Bowling Green, Ohio; grandchildren: Jayden, Alexa, Zander, Warner; and a brother, Barry (Jackie) Roberts. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Betty; a daughter, Rachel; and a brother, Rod.
Jeff was a 1976 graduate of Otsego High School. He was a Deputy for the Wood County Sheriff Department for 20+ years. After retiring from the Sheriff Department he sold real estate, managed rental properties, and owned Kuntry Haven landscaping. He was a member of Plain Congregational Church. He enjoyed gardening and tinkering in the garage on various DIY projects. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed.
Contributions in Jeff’s honor may be gifted to the Wood County Humane Society.
Visitation for Jeff will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 10:00 am until the time of his funeral service at 12:00 noon at Deck-Hanneman Funeral Home, 1460 W Wooster Street, Bowling Green. Interment will immediately follow at Union Hill Cemetery.
