Jerry A. Mazey, 76 of Portage passed away Monday April 25, 2016.
Jerry was born in Dunbridge, Ohio to the late Neal and Edna (Bostdorf) Mazey. He married Lyndamae Minnich in February of 1959 and she preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughters: Pamela (Robert) Mertz of San Diego, California and Leanne (Mike Otley) Mazey of Avon Lake, Ohio; His loving companion Donna Dewyer of Portage, Ohio and her children: Penny Domer of Bowling Green and Nikki Hamman of Cygnet; and grandchildren: Dale Domer, Taylor and Caden Hamman.
Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Army and enjoyed hunting and traveling to West Virginia. Jerry was a lifelong member of the American Legion in Bradner, Ohio.
Per Jerry’s request there will be no services.
