Cory Abke, age 46, of Luckey, OH passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 in Luckey. He was born on July 17, 1970 in Bowling Green, OH to Jerry and Joy Lynn (Garling) Abke. Cory was a factory worker for several places in the area. In his spare time he enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, camping and gardening. He was an avid Cleveland Indians and NASCAR fan.
Cory is survived by his parents: Jerry and Joy Lynn Abke of Pemberville, sister: Joni (Greg Henline) Abke of Pemberville, brother: Jeff Abke of Toledo, nieces: Cassie and Chloe Wilson both of Pemberville, uncles: Lee (Jane) Garling of Woodville, Jack Abke of Pemberville, aunt: Janet (Sam) Miller of Lima, cousins: Tony (Nona) Garling, Troy (Denise) Garling, Julie (Mark) Gedert, Scott (Laura) Abke, Robin (Sonny) Norris and Kevin (Jennifer) Abke, special canine friend: Axel and friend: Agnes.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Marsh Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH. Interment will be private in Troy Twp. Cemetery, Luckey. Memorial contributions may be given to: Pemberville American Legion Baseball Fund, c/o SAL Ball Committee.
