Judith “Judy” A. Vestal age 76, of Luckey, OH passed away at home on Wednesday, July 26, 2023. She was born Judith Ann Beimdieck on September 16, 1946 in Bowling Green, OH to Lewis and Thea (Leggett) Beimdieck. On August 24, 1964 she married Lynn Vestal in Arcadia, OH. Judy and Lynn raised 3 children and celebrated nearly 44 years of marriage before Lynn’s passing in February of 2008.
Judy worked in various positions throughout the years, and had been a beautician at Heartland Rehab in Perrysburg. She later worked as a School Bus Driver for the Rossford School District until she finally retired. Judy had been a member of the Placer Car Club in Pointe Place as she enjoyed cruising. She also enjoyed going for rides on her Honda Goldwing Trike Motorcycle and cross stitching, However, her greatest joy remained her grand and greatgrandchildren.
Judy is survived by her daughter: Lisa Oehmke of Toledo. Grandchildren: Cortney, Collene, Carey, Corey, Rebecca, Kyle, Mary, 10 great-grandchildren, brother, Robert (Dottie) Beimdieck of Bowling Green and sister, Nancy Reynolds of Fostoria. In addition to her husband Lynn, she was preceded in death by her parents, sons: Jeff and Keith Vestal, grandson, Collin Oehmke and fiancé, Dan Czyzewski.
Family and friends will be received 10-11 a.m., with a Funeral Service at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 110 W. Main Street, Luckey, OH. Judy will be laid to rest next to Lynn in the Fish Cemetery, Pemberville, OH. Officiating will be, Pr. Leroy Sholey.
