Larry G. Sims, 70, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away May 3, 2017. He was born May 15, 1946 in Toledo, Ohio to Max and Helen (Berres) Sims. He married Kathleen Melczak and she survives in Bowling Green.
Larry was a volunteer firefighter for the city of Perrysburg and a member of the Eagles in Maumee.
Along with his wife Kathy, Larry is survived by sons Terry Cousino of Bowling Green and Rick Cousino of Bowling Green, daughters Tracey (Joseph) Delis of Kirtland, Ohio, Kristina (Joseph) Bowman of Avon Lake, Ohio and Laurie (Robert) Wickard of North Baltimore, Ohio, 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers Ronald (Lona) Sims of Perrysburg, Ohio and Carl (Judy) Sims of Toledo, Ohio and sister Patricia (Kirk) Chwialkowski of South Carolina.
Services will be private for the family. Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 West Wooster Street is handling arrangements.
