License plate cameras help BGPD locate stolen car and driver with suspended license

Bowling Green Police located a stolen car and its driver, who had a suspended license, on Sunday morning.

One of the city’s automatic license plate readers hit on the stolen car on East Wooster Street, as it waited to turn left onto North Dunbridge Road. The plate belonged to a silver Toyota Camry, reported stolen from a rental business in Bluffton.

Police found the car at the Meijer gas station. The driver, Anastasia Reisner, 22, of Tiffin, was  arrested for receiving stolen property and driving under a suspended license. She was taken to Wood County Jail.
