Louise Middleton passed away in presence of family on May 24th. At her request, no service is planned. She was born October 18, 1952 to Jim and Betty Jurski. A devoted mother and grandmother, Louise is survived by her children, Jennifer, Brian, and Jason; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
