Marilyn R. Bower, 88, of Rudolph, Ohio passed away peacefully Friday May 6, 2016 at The Heritage in Bowling Green. She was born August 26, 1927 to Marvin V. and Helen E. (Peeper) Smith. She married Donavon L. Bower on October 6, 1946 and he preceded her in death. Marilyn led and lived a simple life. What brought her the most joy was being a farmer’s wife and loving and caring for her family. Surviving are two sons Daniel R. of Weston and Dennis L. (Janet) of Bowling Green, a daughter Denise K. (James) Adler of Portage, six grandchildren, Dana (Tamra) Bower, Jason Bower, Jennifer Adler, Pamela (Darrell) Gebers, Ashly Bower and Brandon Bower, and two great-grandchildren Alyssa Gebers and Brock Bower. A private service for the family will be held at Dunn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Bridge Hospice or a charity of the donor’s choice.
