Matt V. Slane, 58, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away Thursday November 11, 2021. He was born November 28, 1962 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Vernon and Doris (Snyder) Slane. He married Rebecca Clements on March 14, 2003 and she survives in Bowling Green.
Matt loved watching football and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Minnesota Vikings fan. He was always kind, loved everyone and never had an enemy. He adored his family and loved spending time with his boys and beloved dog Buddy.
Along with his wife Becky, Matt is survived by his sons Ethan Slane and Adam Slane and siblings Mark Slane of Bowling Green, Melinda Spoores of Bowling Green, Melody LaPlant of Gibsonburg, Ohio, Marsha York of Colorado, Mary Lay of Rudolph, Ohio, Margo Moore of Bowling Green and Cindy Meeker of Toledo, Ohio as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son Aaron Slane, sister Michele Radar and brother Miles Slane.
Services will be private for the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
