The Wood County Grand Jury has indicted Jacob Dick and Zachary Keller each for one count felonious assault and one count of ethnic intimidation for the assault of two people in Waffle House in Bowling Green.
Dick, of North Baltimore, and Keller, of Custar, are charged with using racial slurs and attacking the two men on March 31 in the restaurant.
