The City of Bowling Green will close North Mercer Road, from East Wooster to Poe Road, on Aug. 18 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The purpose of the closure is to assist with traffic flow during the BGSU first-year student move-in, which will begin at 8 a.m.
