More arrests made in robbery where gun was fired

The Bowling Green Police Division has made additional arrests in the robbery that occurred on Oct. 30, in front of 514 W. Wooster St.

Anthony Shrewsbury, 18, from Portage, was arrested for aggravated robbery and lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

Alexander Diaz, 17, from Bowling Green, was arrested for aggravated robbery and lodged at the Juvenile Detention Center. And a 15-year-old from Bowling Green was arrested on the same charge and taken to the juvenile detention center.

At 1:18 p.m., on Oct. 30, the Bowling Green Police Division responded to the area of 514 W. Wooster St. for a possible gunshot and subjects running from the area. 

Officers arrived and were able to make contact with witnesses and the involved subjects. During the investigation, officers determined that the incident was reportedly a result of a planned robbery of an alleged drug dealer. During the robbery a physical altercation occurred between subjects and one subject reportedly fired a gun.
