National Alliance on Mental Illness Wood County is hosting a Spring T-shirt design contest for Mental Health Awareness Month in May.
The theme for the shirt design is “Planting Seeds of Resiliency and Strength.” Designs will be judged in two age groups: adults, age 13 and up, and youth, age 12 and under. Shirt designs, which are due by Feb. 28, should use the color green for mental health awareness and indicate a space for the NAMI Wood County logo. Profanity or inappropriate images or words will disqualify the design.
The winning designs will be featured for the spring T-shirt campaign throughout May, and winners will be recognized at the Volunteer Appreciation Event April l7 and on social media. Entries may be submitted by visiting the NAMI website.
