The paving contractor has begun to install the new concrete base along the southbound lanes of South Main Street in downtown Bowling Green. This work will continue into next week prompting the following closures:
- The intersection of West Washington and SouthMain will close at 7 a.m. on Monday, for seven days. (East Washington will remain open to South Main.)
- The Intersection of Ordway and South Main will close at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, for seven days.
- Clough alley will remain closed for seven days. (East Clough is open to South Main.)
- Pearl Street remains open.
- Lehman Avenue. remains open.
During this work, local access will be maintained on the impacted streets. The utility contractor is finishing the installation of an upgraded water main on East Wooster Street. The contractor is scheduled to install water service lines and fire lines on West Wooster next week.
While on West Wooster, the contractor will close the road from Church Street to Main Street in order to install service lines across both lanes of the road.
