Norma J. Meier, age 81, of Toledo, OH passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at her residence. She was born December 28, 1934 in Stony Ridge, OH to Wayne and Clarice (Bihn) Hazel. For many years she was a special reading teacher for the Anthony Wayne School District. Norma was a member of the Maumee Valley Unitarian Universalist Congregation, Bowling Green, OH and the Toledo Artist Club.
Norma is survived by her brother: Gerald (Loujean) Hazel and sister: Elaine Albright both of Perrysburg, 6 nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 1-2 PM at the Marsh Funeral Home, 110 Main Street, Luckey, OH with a memorial service to follow at 2 PM. Officiating will be Rev. Lynn Kerr. Interment will be in Troy Twp. Cemetery, Luckey. Memorial contributions may be given to: Maumee Valley Unitarian Universalist Congregation.
