The Northwestern Water and Sewer District will host its annual open house, commemorating three decades of providing essential water and sewer services to communities across Northwestern Ohio.
The open house will be held Tuesday, Aug. 13, from 3 to 6 p.m., at the district headquarters, 12560 Middleton Pike, Bowling Green.
Highlights of the free event include:
- Special presentation at 4 p.m., tracing the district’s journey—from its inception to its current growth and future.
- Guided facility tours: A team of professionals will lead guests through the state-of-the-art facility, highlighting services and expertise.
- Meet the Board of Trustees.
- Family fun and entertainment: There will be bounce houses, fishing, caricature art, a carnival petting zoo, and giveaways.
- Food, including burgers, hot dogs, chips, and self-serve ice cream.
- Meet Drippy, the district’s water drop mascot.
