Ohio 25, north of Bowling Green, will see lane restrictions and closures later this month through August, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation. Road resurfacing is planned between Newton Road and Ohio 582, beginning May 31.
Following is a list of ODOT road projects in Wood County:
- Poe Road over Interstate 75 between Mercer Road and Dunbridge Road, Bowling Green, will be closed for curb repairs on Saturday, May 21, from 6 a.m.-noon. Detour: Mercer Road to Wooster Street to Dunbridge Road.
- U.S. 23, between Township Road 49 and U.S. 6, Risingsun, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing through September.
- Route 25, between Newton Road and Route 582, Bowling Green, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing beginning Tuesday, May 31, through August.
- Route 25, between Cygnet Road and Route 6, Bowling Green/Portage, will experience lane restrictions and closures for roadway reconstruction through summer 2023.
- Route 25, between Cygnet Road and Portage, is closed for storm sewer work and road reconstruction through October. Residential access will be maintained.
- Ohio 281 at Route 25 will be closed for intersection reconstruction beginning Monday, May 23, for approximately 30 days. Local residents currently going north to Route 281 will need to go south to Bays Road during the intersection closure.
- Ohio 65, between Ohio 235 and Henry County line, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing through September.
- Route 281, between Route 235 and I-75, Wingston/Rudolph, will experience lane restrictions for resurfacing through May.
- Route 281, between the Wood/Henry line and Route 235, will be closed for pavement repair daily on Thursday, May 26, Tuesday, May 31 and Wednesday, June 1, from 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
