The Ohio Department of Transportation has roadwork projects planned throughout Wood County. Among them are:
- Interstate 75 will be reduced to one lane overnight through May 21 for installation of a temporary structure used to support the forms for concrete in preparation for projects on Poe Road and Gypsy Lane Road.
- Gypsy Lane Road between Campbell Hill Road and Dunbridge Road will be closed for bridge replacement beginning June 1 through August. The suggested detour will be Campbell Hill Road to Napoleon Road to Dunbridge Road.
- U.S. 6, between Van Tassel Road and Range Line Road, Weston, will experience lane restrictions for pavement widening and drainage work near Ohio 235. The estimated completion is June.
- Ohio 199, between Route 6 and Elm Street, West Millgrove, may experience lane restrictions for microsurfacing beginning Monday, May 24. Estimated completion is Sept. 1.
- Route 235, between Euler Road and Willow Road, Weston, will be closed for pavement widening and drainage work beginning Tuesday, June 1. Estimated completion is June. The suggested detour is Route 235 to Ohio 65 to Ohio 281 to Route 235.
- Ohio 795 at Lemoyne Road, Millbury, may experience lane restrictions for signal replacement. Estimated completion is June.
