The Bowling Green Community Center Parents’ Night Out program is expanding its dates this spring. Parents looking for a night out without the kids will get an assist from the Bowling Green Community Center.
The Bowling Green Parks & Recreation Department is bringing back the program on select Friday nights in April and May. These programs are an opportunity for parents to drop their kids off at the Bowling Green Community Center while they get some time to themselves.
Children ages 5 to 12 are invited to join in at the Community Center for a fun Friday night of activities including games, arts and crafts, gym time, and the Freedom Climber rotating climbing wall.
Registration for the program is limited to the first 20 kids and sometimes sell out quickly since their introduction last year. The Parents’ Night Out sessions are scheduled for Friday evenings, from 5 to 9 p.m., on April 12 and 26, and May 10 and 31.
Children should eat dinner before being dropped off for the program. Parents are also welcome to send a snack with their child if needed. No food or snacks will be provided at the event.
The program costs $12 per resident child per session and $15 per non-resident child per session. Register online at: https://buff.ly/3Po3QTj or call 419-354-6223. For questions or more information, please call Ivan at 419-354-6223 or email at ivan@bgohio.org.
