The City of Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Board meeting scheduled for Sept. 24 has been cancelled due to lack of business. In place of that meeting, the Parks and Recreation Board will host a joint work session meeting with the Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Foundation Board of Trustees.
The purpose for this work session is to hear a presentation from staff on the history of Simpson Garden Park, from original concept to present day. This public meeting will be held at 7 pm at the Simpson Building. Since it is a work session meeting there will not be lobby visitation.
