The Cocoon will benefit from a “Parking Lot Party” on June 11, from 5 to 9 p.m., at BG Beer Works, 322 N. Grove St., Bowling Green.
The public is invited to the party by the Cocoon, BG Beer Works and State Bank.
Live music will be performed by Toraigh an Sonas.
The event will feature Metamorphosis, a Hibiscus Summer Ale created by brewer Justin Marx in honor of the Cocoon’s 14th anniversary celebration. The State Bank Gives Truck will be handing out nachos and soft pretzels with cheese throughout the evening.
A portion of the Hibiscus Summer Ale sales will be donated to the Cocoon throughout the month of June, starting the night of the event. And State Bank will donate all proceeds from the food truck.
There will be a suggested $5 donation at the door. All donations collected will help survivors of domestic and sexual violence in the Bowling Green community.
