Patricia JoAnne Farrell (Patsy), 72, of Bowling Green, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2022. She was born October 23, 1950 in Toledo, Ohio to Ralph and Agnes (Stevenson) Farrell. She was a 1969 graduate of Waite High School and worked at Rexam Can Co. in Whitehouse, Ohio retiring in October of 2005 after 30 years.
She loved sports, played softball for Perrysburg American Legion and went to state and played for the Toledo Troopers Professional Football team from 1970 to 1973. She loved supporting her Cleveland Browns and Michigan Wolverines.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 11 siblings. She leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.
Patsy was determined and strong, but kind and generous and never knew a stranger. She will be dearly missed.
She leaves behind many great friends Peg Dauer, Ted Dauer (Vicky Chandler) and all of the Fletcher, Niceley and Peinert families.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday December 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home, 7220 Dutch Rd. Waterville, Ohio 43566. Pastor Steve Bauerle will officiate. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those attending services are asked to dress casually and wear your favorite sports team attire or colors in memory of Patsy.
Memorial contributions may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
