Pemberville’s version of a farmer’s market will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 25, and Tuesday, Sept. 22, for the remainder of the 2020 growing season. Beeker’s General Store and Riverbank Antique market are welcoming local vendors for the event.
Vendors will include the following: Downtown Deco – floral bouquets; Harold Leemaster – homemade soaps, lotion and salves; North Branch Nursery – perennials & flowering shrubs; Riverbank Antique Market – garden antiques; Country Grains Bread – fresh baked bread; SoBee Honey – honey, beeswax and candles; In A Class by Itself Yard Art – garden totems; Z Farms – organic mushrooms; Rada Cutlery; Poppin’ George’s Kettle Corn – bagged kettle corn; Good Dog Farm – microgreens and produce; Brick ‘n Brecher Sugar Shack – maple syrup, candy, and tea; and fresh strawberry shortcake.
Tim Tegge, who plays acoustic guitar and harmonica, will be performing his original music with members of his band The Black Swamp Boys (Dick Hermes, Matt Webb and Dean Rochester). Tegge, from Bowling Green, is a singer/songwriter whose songs tell the stories of everyday life. With over 140 originals to his credit, he takes listeners on an eclectic lyrical journey from birth to death and everything in between.
As always, we are seeking eager vendors to sell fresh vegetables, thriving plants and flowers, garden art, antiques, and fresh baked goods. Interested vendors should call Beeker’s General Store at 419-287-3274 for more information. A small fee is required in advance to hold your space. Vendor spaces are approximately 10’x10’ outside of Pemberville’s Front Street businesses.
