Phillip G. Morris, age (75), of Bowling Green, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday evening, October 3, 2020 at Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green. He was born on March 25, 1945 in Toledo, OH to Anthony and Vivian (Bunker) Morris. He found love late in his life, as did his new bride. He married Debra Heminger, on July 30, 1987. Phillip and Debra celebrate 30 years of marriage together, before Debra’s passing in 2017. He worked as a Tool and Die Journeyman for 35 plus years, first in Toledo and later in Pemberville. He enjoyed watching National Geographic series, working on cars and going to car shows when he could. He especially enjoyed his family and spending time with his grandchildren.
Phillip is survived by his step-daughter: Jennifer (Shawn) Beaverson of Bowling Green, step-sons: Ryan Feller of Gibsonburg and Jeremy Feller of Bowling Green. Children: Larry Morris of CA, Jerry (Amy) Morris of Toledo, Gary Morris of FL and Rick Rowe of KY. Grandchildren: Alex, Jadyn, Elijah, Kenadie and Alexis. Sister: Linda (Chuck) Kreas of Toledo and step-brother: Billy Birch of MA. In addition to his wife Debra, he was preceded in death by his parents, step-father: Jack Birch, brothers: Keith and Raymond. Sisters: Bonnie and Christine.
