Plan extended for housing subdivision on Martindale

The Bowling Green Planning Commission voted tonight (Wednesday) to extend its approval for a seven-lot housing subdivision between Pearl, Martindale and West Wooster streets. The original preliminary plan for the development, called Reserve at Martindale, was approved last year, but was only good for a one-year period. The engineer for the site said the construction plans for the first three lots along Pearl Street have been submitted to the city.
