Starting in January, the Wood County Call Center for Public Assistance, at 1-844-640-OHIO (6446), will be closed for system updates on the fourth Tuesday of every month.
The call centers normal business hours will be as follows for 2019: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursday – 8 a.m. to noon; and Friday – 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
