The Wood Commissioners have announced the opening of two additional 24/7 permanent mixed drop-off recycling locations in the Village of Portage and the Village of Wayne. The location in Portage is 110 W. Walnut St. The location in Wayne is 125 Schoolhouse St.
The target date for opening these locations is Nov. 15.
Recycling tips: No sorting required, empty and rinse all containers, illegal dumping is prohibited, flatten all cardboard, and no plastic bags of any kind.
