Sheriff’s office seeks info on Pemberville man with medical issues who walked away from home

The Wood County Sheriff’s Office was notified Tuesday, at 8:10 p.m., that James Jaquillard, 76, had walked away from his home outside Pemberville. Jaquillard has a series of medical issues and suffers from signs of dementia. He was reportedly confused during the day and had wanted to go toward the Perrysburg area.

Jaquillard was last seen wearing jeans, a tan T-shirt and black shoes. He is described as 5-foot 10-inches, and 210 pounds. He did not have a phone or jacket with him when he left.

Anyone with information about Jaquillard’s location is asked to notify the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
