From WOOD COUNTY DISTRICT PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Wood County District Public Library’s annual Novel Night Benefit is quickly approaching.

Purchase a ticket, become a sponsor, or donate to this important fundraiser hosted by the WCDPL Foundation to support your library. All funds raised are used to purchase new books, eBooks, audiobooks, picture books, and more for the library.

Novel Night will be held Thursday, July 21, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. in the Veteran’s Memorial Building in Bowling Green City Park.

Novel Night is an opportunity for sponsors and donors to gather together for a fun evening while raising money for the library. Wonderful appetizers start the night alongside silent auction baskets up for bid. The evening then progresses with a live auction.

This year, WCDPL is proud and grateful to have amazing items and experiences like a trip to Tanzania, flight lessons at the Bowling Green Flight Center, a wagon full of toys perfect for families, a number of delicious dining options and experiences, and so much more. To learn more about items and experiences that will be available to bid on at both live and silent auctions at the event, follow WCDPL on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased for $100by cash or check at the first floor Circulation Desk at the Bowling Green Library. Tickets can also be purchased online at wcdpl.org/novel-night-tickets.

If you prefer to support Novel Night financially rather than attend the event, become a sponsor! Major sponsors of $1,000.00 or more are recognized on a plaque inside the library and on the WCDPL website at wcdpl.org/2022-novel-night-donors.

The library is appreciative of gifts of any amount, and you can donate or sponsor Novel Night by visiting wcdpl.org/novel-night-secure- form.
