From TOLEDO MUSEUM OF ART

The Toledo Museum of Art is launching a new, free art making program for children and their grownups called Family Art Club on Saturdays, starting Jan. 30, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Family Center and Classrooms.

Designed as a way for children 10 years old and younger and their grownups to explore art together, these 45-minute workshop sessions include all the supplies needed to create a unique work of art inspired by the art and artists in TMA’s collections and special exhibitions.

While the Museum is excited to welcome the public to Family Art Club, visitors’ next experience at TMA will look different. Important instructions before arrival:

Family Art Club is free, but to keep a safe capacity, advanced registration is required at tickets.toledomuseum.org or by calling (419) 255-8000 ext. 7448.

All staff and Family Art Club participants will complete a health screening upon entering, which includes completing a questionnaire and a temperature screen.

Family Art Club is sponsored by Mercy Health, the Toledo Museum of Art Ambassadors and The Andersons, Inc.
