A planned water outage will impact the Cogan’s Crossing neighborhood in Bowling Green on Tuesday, Sept. 19, beginning at 9 a.m., as city crews repair a water valve at the corner of Miller and Brim Road.
This outage is expected to last five hours and is dependent on weather conditions and progress of work. Once the repair is complete, a water boil advisory will be in place for up to 48 hours, pending water sample results.
CodeRED reminders and updates will be issued to impacted residents as this project progresses. CodeRED provides the city with the ability to notify residents in the event of emergency situations or critical information such as water boil advisories, snow emergencies, or large scale electrical outages.
In order to receive these notifications, residents need to sign up for this free service. Residents are also encouraged to download the free mobile app as well. Sign up for CodeRED: www.bgohio.org/codered
