William P Hutchisson II

William “Billy” P. Hutchisson II, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, August 12, 2023 in Toledo following a motorcycle accident. He was born on September 20, 1976 to William P. and Kim M. (Fritsch) Hutchisson in Toledo. He was a member of the Eastwood High School Graduating Class of 1994. On February 2, 2018 he married Jennifer “Jeni” L. Wash in Bowling Green, OH. Billy and Jeni have celebrated over 9 years of life together.

Billy earned a certificate for Industrial Automation Maintenance from Northwest State Community College in 2015 and was later hired as a Training Coordinator of Advanced Manufacturing for the college. It was there that he discovered an outlet for his lifelong passion of helping others to build their own skills and confidence. A gifted teacher, Billy will be remembered fondly by the countless students whose lives he touched through his work.

Billy’s training and expertise in the field of mechatronics extended outside of the classroom, where he combined his love of teaching with his extensive subject knowledge by volunteering as a judge in the SkillsOhio and SkillsUSA competitions.

Billy was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Ohio State Buckeyes football teams. He would often be found enjoying free time on his Harley Fat Boy and participated in numerous charity rides and statewide bike rallies with his wife. Billy also loved playing Call of Duty and Golden Tee, where he again made numerous friends.

With his mischievous smile, compassionate nature, and charismatic personality, Billy had the unique ability to make everyone around him feel welcomed as friends. Those who loved him will always remember how it felt to experience one of Billy’s epic hugs. His family and friends knew that they could call on Billy for help anytime and anywhere and he would do everything in his power to be there for them however he could.

It is not possible to wrap your arms around a loved one who leaves. But it is possible to wrap your heart around a memory. Billy’s memory will be well taken care of.
