William Scovell to share humorous reflections from ‘You Can’t Make This Stuff Up’ at Meet the Local Author event

The Wood County District Public Library’s  continues its  Meet the Local Author Series with author William Scovell on Saturday, Jan. 14 at 2 p.m. in Meeting Room C at the Bowling Green Library.

The author of “You Can’t Make This Stuff Up,” Scovell has been able to find humor in almost every encounter in his diverse life.

“You Can’t Make This Stuff Up” is a cheeky homage to his own upbringing and adventures as an adult. A writer and scientist, he has previously published three study guides in chemistry and 60 peer-reviewed journal articles in chemistry, biochemistry, and molecular biology. 

“You Can’t Make This Stuff Up”  is his first book. He is at work on a second.

Scovell lives in Bowling Green with his wife, Eleanor. He loves life at the lake, plays guitar and has four grown children; one is a businessman, and the other three are medical doctors.
