The GFWC Women’s Club of Bowling Green will hold its next monthly meeting on Feb. 5 at First Christian Church, at the corner of Haskins and Poe roads, beginning with social time at 6:30 p.m.
The program for the evening will be a Black Swamp Players presentation by Dr. Heath Diehl, president of BSP Board of Trustees. The musical guests for the evening will be from the BGSU Musical Arts Program.
A report will be presented on current scholarship funding, including the Evelyn Bachman Nontraditional Student Scholarship. A sign up sheet will be available for participants in the club’s garage sale scheduled for June 28, and ideas for the 2026 spring fundraiser will be discussed.
The designated charity for the evening will be the Black Swamp Players, with the club making a donation of $200 to the organization on behalf of members. In addition, the BSP will welcome in kind donations of paper towels, cleaning supplies, and heavy duty trash bags.
