To limit exposure and protect Wood County Hospital guests and staff, the following interim visitation adjustments have been made:
Everyone will have their temperature taken. No one may access the building with a temperature of 100.4 or higher – the CDC’s definition of a fever.
Inpatient
All visitors must be free from cough, fever and any other illness symptoms
No visitors under the age of 18
Visitors limited to 1 per room
Hours every day 10am – 6pm
Further restrictions may apply by department
Outpatient
Masking required for anyone with cough or fever
Recommendation is no person under the age of 18 enter unless receiving testing
Please note: Some entrances into the hospital have been closed for the same purpose. The public will need to use the main Welcome Center entrance or the Emergency Room entrance.
