Wood County has been placed under a Level 1 snow alert as of 10:20 tonight, by Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn.
Level 1 means that roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be icy. Motorists are urged to drive very cautiously.
