Wood County has reported 320 new COVID cases and nine new hospitalizations since Thursday, according to today’s report from the Wood County Health Department.
That brings the total for the county to 14,534 cases, 234 deaths, and 693 hospitalizations from COVID.
Wood County is now at 260.67 COVID cases per 100,000 residents, keeping the county in the high transmission range.
During the last two weeks, the 514 COVID cases in the county broken down into ZIP Code areas show that all areas of the county are affected. The highest number of cases in the last two weeks were reported in Bowling Green, 167; Perrysburg, 115; Northwood, 36; North Baltimore, 30; BGSU campus, 26; and Rossford, 18.
