The Wood County Veterans Assistance Center is now offering local veterans the opportunity to take advantage of the remote face-to-face capabilities of video conferencing for veteran benefits counseling and Emergency Financial Assistance appointments.
Video conferencing saves time, reduces travel expenses and overall encourages relationship building without requiring constant travel for face-to-face communication.
Zoom can be used on a cellphone, laptop, iPad, tablet, or computer as long as the computer has a microphone and camera.
