An 18-year-old male was cited for public indecency and underage under the influence of alcohol Saturday (Oct. 25) just after midnight in the downtown area.
Bowling Green Police received a report of a man who exposed his private parts in public in the 300 block of East Wooster Street. Witnesses said the man, who was wearing red and black flannel pants, walked up to the line outside a bar, pulled out his penis and began masturbating.
Dispatch then reported the man was seen outside a bar in the 100 block of East Wooster Street. Police found him there, reportedly heavily intoxicated and passed out on the sidewalk. Because of the level of intoxication, the male was taken by BG Fire Division to Wood County Hospital.
